We the Kings MidTour MX Madness

We The Kings had a few hours before they played at House of Blues in Anaheim, CA the other day, so we helped them kill some time and take a mid-tour moto madness session.
Travis Clark, lead vocalist and guitar, has ridden since he was a little dude so when he showed up a little after Danny Duncan (drums), Hunter Thomsen (guitar, vocals), and Drew Thomsen (bass) the band had a chance to get up and riding thanks to the best instructors on the planet at the Honda Rider Center in Colton, CA.
The guys figured since they had to do some media to promote their new album, Smile Kid, why not mix in some moto and make the time fly by. They had a camera from the Ryan Seacrest camp, and shot a couple of bumpers for Shockhound.com, MTV.com, and fanlala.com too.

Saosin Rehearsal Photos - PacTour Starts Friday Nov. 6

In a supah secret location in a seedy part of OC, Saosin was in rehearsal for the PacSun tour that starts tomorrow, Nov. 6 in LA.
Saosin unplugged is good, but plugged is where the band really unleashes, throw a light show mastered by Jason Bullock and JR Harris from NIN fame and you got all the elements for you to fully absorb what the band is about.
Roll through to the PacSun tour site for more. Innerpartysystem, P.O.S., and Eye Alaska join the band for 7 weeks across the US, you gotta go!

2009 PacTour to Feature Friends of Fox, Headlining Artist Saosin, Co-Supporting Artists, P.O.S. and Innerpartysystem with opening act Eye Alaska
PacSun officially announced tour kick-off, November 6 in Los Angeles, CA at the House of Blues and wraps December 20 at House of Blues in Anaheim, CA. Saosin, P.O.S., Innerpartysystem, and Eye Alaska as well as local battle of the band contest winners will be performing on each date.
PacSun stores near each tour stop will again play host to PacTour bands each day of the tour for free and intimate in-store acoustic sessions. Friends of Fox, Taking Back Sunday has announced the release of Live From Bamboozle ‘09. The digital album will be available exclusively on iTunes starting October 6, 2009. Live From Bamboozle’09 captures the band playing to a crowd of over 30k fans at the 2009 Bamboozle Festival, which took place in Rutherford New Jersey on May 3rd. This is the first time songs from all four of the band’s albums are together on one release.

I was just going to post info their new album, “In Search of Solid Ground,” but the band is super interesting so for those of you who have yet to know Saosin, here you are.
