Josh Hill Takes 2nd in San Diego

Mr. Consistency does it again... Josh Hill captured his third consecutive 2nd place finish this past weekend in San Diego and has moved to within four points of Ryan Dungey.
SX series points leader Ryan Dungey nearly had the holeshot in the Main Event, but slid out in the first turn & battled his way back to a 6th place finish at the checkers.
Dungey maintains his SX series points lead over Fox teammate Josh Hill.
In SX Lites action, the Geico Honda duo of Trey Canard & Blake Wharton had a weekend that they'd soon like to forget. Trey managed to holehot the Lites Main Event, but crashed later on the first lap and would eventually finish 6th on the night. Blake had his fair share of bad luck as well and could only muster a 9th place finish.

At the Phoenix SX, a fan had a replica of the original Moto-X Fox team gas tank. He asked Roger DeCoster to sign it, which he did. Then Roger mentioned to the guy – “you should have him sign it, he’s Pete Fox”. Pete complied and it turned into a great conversation about old moto times. Very Cool...

Fox MX Team Infiltrates Valley Fair

The line was out the door and wrapped around the corner of Valley Fair Mall in San Jose, CA as hyped fans of all ages lined up to get their chance to meet Fox MX Team riders at the Fox store. The line started to form at 3pm and by 4pm had already started to form outside the mall!
Ricky Carmichael, Ryan Dungey, Josh Hill, Trey Canard and Blake Wharton stopped by while in town for this weekend's SX at AT&T Park to meet and sign autographs with the excited fans. RC and the crew stayed after the 7pm cut off time to make sure as many people as possible got their chance to get what they came for, a chance to meet the guys and an autograph or two! Happy New Year! Its true what they say... time flies as you get older, that's for sure. My 2009 season was refreshing and a start to being more positive and a change of attitude. Hope this 2010 will be as good if not better. New Years didn't do much, just wanted to relax and watch fireworks. So just me and boyfriend Jon, my brother Chad and his girlfriend took out my Malibu and cruised around the lake and watched all the fireworks in the sky around Orlando. It was the perfect night, chill and relaxing on the lake.
Christmas for me was hectic all the way to 4:30 am Christmas eve wrapping gifts and filling out cards, making sure the right stuff is in the right place and of course the 2:00am run up to Walgreens. Usually on top of my Christmas shopping and have it all done days befor ...
